Managed SOC – continuous protection for your infrastructure
We provide Managed SOC services, supporting or replacing the client’s teams in monitoring systems and managing cybersecurity incidents. We offer both technology and analytical and advisory support, enabling the launch of continuous monitoring and incident handling.
Depending on the maturity of the organisation, we carry out, among other things:
- analysis of customer requirements (resources, risks, compliance, operational maturity),
- technical design of security and monitoring systems implementation,
determination of the scope of SOC services in accordance with the FIRST CSIRT Framework standard, - preparation of the SOC and customer team cooperation process,
- development of playbooks for different types of incidents,
- technology launch and operational implementation of SOC services in accordance with the agreed SLA.
