The owner of this website nonstopsoc.com.pl (the ‘Website’) is NonStop SOC Sp. z o.o.

2. Information on the processing of personal data

  • In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation or GDPR, we hereby inform you that the controller of personal data obtained through the forms available on the Website is NonStop SOC Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter NonStop SOC) with its registered office at ul. Jutrzenki 116, 02-230 Warsaw.
  • Personal data will be processed solely for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

    • performance of contracts concluded by you via the NonStop SOC website (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

  • Consent to the processing of personal data by NonStop SOC is voluntary, but failure to give consent will result in NonStop SOC being unable to contact you and respond to your enquiry or request.
